Solid Team:Lynne Sullivan, Chief Financial Officer at Unity Biotechnology

Lynne Sullivan has served as a member of Solid’s Board of Directors since November 2015. Ms. Sullivan has served as the Chief Financial Officer for UNITY Biotechnology, Inc., a biotechnology company, since August 2020. Prior to that, Ms. Sullivan served as the Chief Financial Officer for Compass Therapeutics, LLC, a biotechnology company, from December 2018 to August 2019.

Prior to Compass, Ms. Sullivan served as Biogen Inc.’s senior vice president of Finance from 2016 to December 2018, where she also served as vice president of Tax and Corporate Finance from February 2015 to March 2016 and vice president of Tax from April 2008 to February 2015. Ms. Sullivan is currently a member of the Board of Directors of BiomX Inc., and Inozyme Pharma, Inc., both of which are public biopharmaceutical companies.

She received an M.S. in Taxation from Bentley University and a B.S.B.A. from Suffolk University. Ms. Sullivan was a Certified Public Accountant for over 20 years.
