Solid Team:Roxana Donisa Dreghici, M.D., Senior Vice President, Head of Clinical Development

Dr. Dreghici is the Senior Vice President, Head of Clinical Development, and is responsible for providing clinical leadership and expertise for our product portfolio and clinical development programs. Responsible for clinical excellence, overseeing all aspects of clinical drug development, and patient safety, as well as scientific communications.

Prior to joining Solid, Dr. Dreghici served as a Global Development Lead/Associate Group Medical Director for Neuromuscular Diseases for F. Hoffman La Roche in Basel, Switzerland, focusing on Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and Spinal Muscular Atrophy.

Before joining F. Hoffman La Roche, Dr. Dreghici held senior leadership roles at Santhera, Novartis, Novo Nordisk and Quintiles, spanning across different clinical programs throughout all stages of clinical development.

Dr. Dreghici has actively been involved in many patient community-led initiatives and pre-competitive space collaborations aimed at optimizing the regulatory environment in DMD, clinical trial design and readiness, as well as innovation in clinical outcomes.
